A suite of 173 papers from the 2025 Austroads Bridge Conference are now available for download. Spanning a large range of topics, including bridge assessment, design, sustainability, bridge maintenance, performance and more, they reflect the depth of knowledge within the bridge engineering industry.
Bringing together more than 600 attendees from across Australia, New Zealand and internationally, the 12th Austroads Bridge Conference was the largest Bridge Conference in Austroads’ history. Featuring a diverse and knowledgeable lineup of speakers, their papers from the event constitute a treasure trove of expertise and innovation from the international bridge engineering community.
“We would like to express our gratitude to the speakers who presented their work at the 2025 event,” said Ross Guppy, Transport Infrastructure Program Manager at Austroads. “Thanks to a wide breadth of speakers and topics, and a historic attendee turnout, the content showcased and discussed at the event represents decades of knowledge and skill.”
“It is our hope that the publication of these papers will be of value for all those who weren’t able to attend the event and learn from the speakers in person. Knowledge sharing and collaboration through physical attendance or online resources from events like these facilitates further advances within the industry, benefiting not only bridge engineers, but their projects and their communities.”
The papers are available for download individually below. To request the zipped pack of all papers, please email publications@austroads.gov.au
