This method covers the determination of both the permanent deformation and resilient modulus of unbound pavement materials with a maximum particle size not exceeding 19 mm using repeated load triaxial equipment incorporating, static confining pressures and external vertical displacement measuring devices, under drained conditions, without pore pressure measurement.
