Austroads Technical Specification ATS 3145 sets out the requirements for the supply of lime, general purpose and blended cements, fly ash and ground granulated blast-furnace slag used in the stabilisation of earthworks and pavements. It does not cover the supply of bituminous binders and chemical binders.
