Austroads Technical Specification ATS 3340 sets out the requirements for the construction of a stabilised pavement using foamed bitumen and secondary stabilising binders that has been mixed in a stationary pugmill.
The technical requirements for the mix design of the stabilised material are excluded from this Specification.
