Austroads is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act. The APPs regulate how Austroads may collect, use, disclose and store personal information. The APPs also guide how individuals may access and correct personal information held about them.
In the context of the operation of ASHTAS, Austroads does not collect nor have access to individuals’ personal information concerning their operative or installer training or accreditation. This information is collected by Approved Training Providers and used by them and Lantra in the operational delivery of ASHTAS. See Lantra's privacy policy for more information.
