Austroads’ business unit TCA will transition to new email addresses

Austroads’ business unit Transport Certification Australia (TCA) will transition its staff email addresses from tca.gov.au to austroads.gov.au starting the week of 17 February 2025. TCA plays a vital role in assessing and certifying telematics and vehicle-based technologies. TCA helps Australian and New Zealand transport agencies collect trusted data from vehicles, ensuring that government and industry stakeholders can rely on accurate, verifiable information for improved road safety and efficiency.

The transition from tca.gov.au to austroads.gov.au reflects the integration of the two organisations and highlights their shared commitment to providing services on behalf of all levels of government in the transport sector across Australia and New Zealand.

While TCA staff will now use email addresses ending in @austroads.gov.au, all generic TCA email addresses, such as tca@tca.gov.au, will remain the same. This update will not affect how emails are received or how communication is conducted. There will be no impact on the services or information stakeholders receive from TCA.

Austroads and TCA are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders, and no action is required.
