Guidance on flood recovery, assessment and risk management for bridges

The purpose of this project is to provide guidance for bridge owners on managing the risk of bridge flooding, scour and resilience due to floods. The project will develop a new Austroads guideline for flood response and recovery for bridges including topics on scour identification, impact and risk calculation and flood response operational requirements.
