Austroads Technical Specification ATS 4310 sets out the requirements for the supply and delivery of Sign Faces for use on the road network. It covers Sign Faces used for permanent Works and for temporary traffic management.
ATS 4310 does not cover any of the following:
- a) installation of Sign Faces (refer to ATS 4320);
- b) design of the message on the Sign Face;
- c) bespoke signs for short term special events; or
- d) supply of electronic message signs.
